      Payments are processed via Whop with Stripe Checkout. Lazy Otter does not handle or retain any payment details.

    • No Free Trial:

      We do not provide a free trial, as stated on our website.

    • Plan Changes:

      You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by contacting us through Discord, subject to any necessary payment adjustments.

    • Refunds:

      Any refunds or cancellations are subject to our refund policy (if applicable). Please contact us via Discord for any refund inquiries.

  • 3. Discord Communication

    • Onboarding:

      Once your payment is confirmed, please reach out to our team on Discord (username: 'lazyotterco') to complete the onboarding process.

    • Primary Support Channel:

      Discord is our main channel for customer support and communication. By using our Service, you agree to use Discord for onboarding, troubleshooting, and other inquiries.

  • 4. Disclaimer of Warranties

      Lazy Otter provides the Service 'as is' and 'as available,' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
